    UNAC Update from President Pitney

    The existing collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the University of ÎçÒ¹AV and United Academics (UNAC) expired on December 31, 2021, although its terms and conditions remain in effect while the parties negotiate a new agreement. Those negotiations began last August and will continue until an agreement is reached or negotiations are deadlocked.
